General Procedure

1. Make Email Enquiry giving details of the type of  data carrier involved

2. We agree the Details of the transaction

3. Send the data carrier for processing

4. If recovery is successful you will be asked for payment

5. Payment may be by Cash / Cheque / PayPal / Moneybookers / NoChex / Bank Transfer

6. ALL  Bank Charges (if any) will be for the account of the customer.

7.  Upon clearance of payment the data carrier and the CD results will be returned

8.  Should recovery be unsuccessful the carrier will be returned free of charge

9. Recovered files will be retained for one month in case the CD proves unreadable

10. No responsibility is taken for any file recovered having any illegal content whatsoever
